The LRM calls 'inside' the "set membership operator" in Table 11-1,
Table 11-3, 11.4.14, 12.5.4, and 17.5.3.  If 'inside' is not really a
set membership operator, then this phrase is misleading.

> Associative arrays should cover the rest.

Although for most types T the sets over type T could be modeled by
"bit[T]", according to 7.9.7 "bit[real]" is disallowed.
