Shalom,

I'm just applying a phrase to always_latch that has been in the LRM
since 3.1a regarding always_comb and always_ff

Subject: Mantis 1468: always_latch has same restrictions as always_comb
(11.3)

Brad,

In the proposal for Mantis 1468, in the sentence,

"Variables on the left-hand side of assignments within an always_latch
procedure, including variables from the contents of a called function,
shall not be written to by any other processes",

I think the following phrase is unclear:

"variables from the contents of a called function".

Regards,
