SystemVerilog Committee Members, Over the past week there have been a couple of mantis outages. Wednesday July 18 1:49am PST - mantis went down Wednesday July 18 11:20am PST - the database was restarted and mantis was up Saturday July 21 7pm PST - mantis was down again Sunday July 22 5pm PST - mantis still down Monday July 23 9am PST - mantis was back up David Smith and Dave Rich have reported that they believe the problem has been isolated and is now fixed. The MySQL database backups were filling up /tmp and /swap and crashing the server. MySQL is used by both Mantis and the e-mail reflector. Now that the problem has been root-caused we don't expect to see any more problems.
