All, P1800 Draft 3a is a cleaned up version of P1800 Draft 3. With the exception of Clause 1, there are no changes to clause and subclause numbering. Clause 1 has some new subclauses that were required by the IEEE. Following is a detailed list of all changes between P1800/D3 and P1800/D3a. These changes are all editorial in nature, and not substantive. The changes were not highlighted with change bars or colorized text.
