[sv-bc] LRM example names

Hi,

I was just glancing through the new LRM Draft 3.

There is some inconsistency in the names of some of the code examples,
and though it is not really important, this is an opportunity to fix
some of them.

I wouldn't ask you to go through the LRM and search for such things, but
if I bring attention to specific cases, I'd like to fix them.

Specifically, I was looking at 10.4.2 (Nonblocking procedural
assignments).

Example 1 has a module name "evaluates2". Let's change it to simply
"evaluates".

Example 2 is named "non_block1". Since we spell nonblocking with nothing
between 'non' and 'blocking', let's change the name to "nonblock1".

Example is also named "non_block1". To differentiate, let's call it
"nonblock2" (both in comment and in module name).

Thanks,

Shalom
