"1800-2008" needs to be added, but it remains to be seen whether no
keywords will be added.

Subject: [sv-bc] P1800 draft2 review : `begin/end_keywords and 1800-2008

Has there been any talk of how to handle the keywords in 1800-2008?

The set of keywords in currently listed in Annex B of the P1800 draft is
the same as the 1800-2005 keyword set. So if that remains the case,
then the 1800-2005 and 1800-2008 keyword sets will be identical.

If in fact there are no keywords added, this would be the first
Verilog/SV revision to not have any keyword additions/changes. So there
is no precedent for how `begin_keywords should handle 2 revisions with
the same keywords.

Should P1800-2008 Sec 21.12 add "1800-2008" as an acceptable value for
version_specifier?

And,

P1800-2008 Sec 21.12.2 be modified to say "1800-2005" and "1800-2008"
are the same, and both point to table 21-21?
