[sv-bc] input and output skew with step

Hi,



       In clocking block if no explicit skew is specified then default 
input skew is 1step.
       can nstep be used to explicitly specify  the  input skew? where n 
is greater than 1.
      again can nstep be used to explicitly specify  the  output skew? 
where n is greater
      than 0.
