[sv-bc] face 2 face at DVCON?

I thought that if we are planning to have a face to face, it would be
good to plan it 
around a conference since there will be a good probability that some of
us will travel to it.
 
The CC committee is temptatively going to schedule a face 2 face on the
Tuesday before the 
DVCON conference (2/21 - 2/23).
