[sv-bc] array and struct literals

I think that sections 3.7 and 3.8 (array literals and struct
literals) should be removed.  They are redundant with the
later sections on assignment patterns.  Array and struct
literals aren't even referenced elsewhere in the lrm, with
the exception of 5.13, on associative array literals.  I
think this section should be renamed "Associative Array
Assignment Patterns".
