Because of the large number of SV-BC proposals up for consideration,
a proposal that is not already 95% acceptable going into the meeting
will probably end up being deferred until a future version of the LRM.
So if you think you have a way to improve Cliff's proposal, and you'd
like to see it approved tomorrow, please mail out your formal proposal
today.
