RE: [sv-bc] DataTypes: 11/18/04 Meeting Minutes

I uploaded a revised BNF version. Almost the same as the last one
except it clobbers the unnecessary 'variable_declaration' nonterminal
and moves 'var' before 'automatic', as in "task automatic",
"module automatic", etc. The revised version is also attached.
