On 291, I would happily change my 'No' to a 'Yes' with
the following friendly amendments.
Instead of adding the following to 4.7
and no operation will be performed
add
in which case no operation shall be performed
Replace each occurrence of 'left-most' with 'leftmost' and
replace each occurrence of 'right-most' with 'rightmost'.
