[sv-bc] setting datatypes meeting day/time

Hello all,

This is the last call for input into picking a good day and time for
the datatypes subgroup meeting. If you are planning to attend, please
respond as soon as possible. As mentioned earlier, we hope to conduct
quite a bit of discussion through email as well.

Since the datatypes subgroup is now under the BC, the email discussion
will take place on the sv-bc@eda.org reflector, so if you wish to
participate, please subscribe. Starting on Tuesday, I will send out
some background emails to get things started.
