Yes, I see that the syntax for array literals is in section A.8.1. Thanks
for pointing it out. However, it does not seem to cover selecting one
element or a slice from a multidimensional array. At least I still cannot
follow the BNF to that syntax. A.8.1 says array literal key is
"array_member_label", which can be a "constant_expression", which can be a
lot of different things, none of which are multidimensional array selects.
