Subject: Help required on packed struct/union semantic

Hi,
I need some help on the semantic of the following declaration.

struct packed
{
   bit [1:0] a;
   byte b;
} [1:0][2:0] str;

Is the above declaration equivalent to

logic [1:0][2:0][9:0] str;

LRM is totally silent on this issue.

Also can I access

str[0][0][1:0]
