Cliff,
Please do NOT send them to Stu Sutherland for inclusion in the LRM. The
process we have been using is that once an item is approved by the committee
it is sent, by the chairs, to me for inclusion in the LRM Changes. The
process is:
1. Chairs send list of approved changes to David Smith
2. David incorporates all of the changes into the LRM Change pages for the
particular draft (found at www.eda.org/sv.
3. Owner's of the changes review the LRM Changes on the pages for
correctness
4. David Smith sends the complete set of LRM Changes to Stu for
incorporation into a particular draft
5. Stu incorporates all of the changes into the new draft
6. David reviews all of Stu's changes (and asks selected individuals to
review changes as necessary)
7. Completed draft is sent to David who then posts it on the web at
www.eda.org/sv and emails all committees that the draft is available (and
where it is located).
This is the process that we have been using for both 3.1 and 3.1a. I thought
I would clarify it since there appears to be some confusion.

Hi, All -
Per our conference call this morning, I have taken the interface
description modifications and checked them against the SV 3.1a-Draft 2
document. I am pleased to report that none of the proposed changes is
impacted by existing changes in the SV 3.1a-Draft 2 document.
Attached is version 5 of the proposed interface description modifications
with all of the changes as agreed to in this morning's conference call.
This will be the version that Johny will use for an email vote that should
be sent out on Tuesday morning and close on Wednesday afternoon.
I will then submit these changes to Stu Sutherland for inclusion in the SV
3.1a LRM (earliest available draft revision).
