I introduced a new error in the BNF with my approved proposal
for SV-BC issue 104 --

Specifically, it no longer handles typedefs within nested interfaces.
Attached is a short proposal that undoes my mistake.
Additionally, it corrects another mistake that was already in the original,
namely, that it cannot handle arrays of interfaces, for example,
typedef servers[i].some_type this_type ;
as might occur inside a generate.
