Hi SV-BC,

Attached please find a more formalized version of our proposal to
extend $readmemb and $readmemh to multi-dimensional unpacked arrays.
Note that $writememb and $writememh are added as well.

Functionally there are only a few refinements compared to the last
version of the proposal. Stylistically the proposal is intended to
be close to final LRM form.

This is on the agenda for the face-to-face next Tuesday.
