There is an updated version of Packages_Sep_V8.pdf available at: http://www.eda.org/sv-ec/Packages_Sep_V8.pdf
The only change was too remove the first line which was left in by mistake.
This PDF file was created using Adobe Distiller 5.0.5. It is supposed to be compatible with Adobe Acrobat 4.x or newer. I have not seen any problems with printing.
