Per the note below, Neil has requested a list of
participants and their affiliations for this round of the standard.
Based on attendance over the course of
this PAR (http://www.eda.org/sv-bc/minutes/sv-bc_11_11_21.txt)
and Neil's criteria, Brad and I recommend these names:
