During our last sv-ec meeting the committee members asked to have
sv-bc take a look at the item called No-Mantis 6, ranked 30 in our
original sv-ec list] and that this would be linked to mantis 2991.
The mantis 2991 is being discussed and reviewed in sv-bc as part of the
top 10 [25] items. The No-mantis 6 item refers to "Allow reuse of
enumerated names" slide 31 of the face-to-face user meeting.
