Subject: [sv-bc] Changes to draft 5

Greetings,
I believe that we will have Draft 5 available by the end of the day. Looking
forward toward how we handle changes to Draft 5 I would like to request the
following:
First, being that the only changes that go into Draft 5 are ones that
absolutely must happen I am requesting that the process be tightened up by
submitting changes with the following information:
1. Section Number the change is being made in
2. Page Number in the latest draft that includes the change
3. The original text of the material being changed including at least the
entire paragraph or the preceeding and succeeding lines (if the change is to
a single line).
4. The changed text
5. Email (or phone call) from "expert" agreeing to the change
3 and 4 can be combined if color and strikeout is used.
I will not be "pruning" through pages of issues/questions to find the
changes for this next round. Any change that does not come in the above
format will be returned.
