Most probably, I'm guilty of inventing the word "preponed", and would
certainly like someone else to come up with an english word that means
what I intended: a region that occurs before all other regions in a
simulation time where a stable view of the design is available.

Prepend doesn't do it for me, but then I couldn't come up with a real
world that does.
