Subject: [sv-bc] Proposal for SV-BC65 Structur literal versus concat proposal

Since Peter's proposal for SV-BC62a was accepted, but not yet
incorporated into a draft, I submit my proposal for SV-BC65 as an update
to his proposal, with and without change bars. I also updated some of
Peters examples to show that an aggregate expression uses the same
syntax as a literal, with non-constant members. My earlier proposal for
SV-BC56 and SV-BC62c is included so that you can see how the whole
section flows.
