Hi Vassilios,

The Accellera meeting on the 28th of February will be held on Sun's
Santa Clara campus.

Attached are directions/map in PDF format.

Note: the directions mention that you should take Palm Drive. Instead of
doing
that you should take Agnew Rd and go around the campus until you see
      the sign for Bldg 15.

   Sun Microsystems
4150 Network Circle <--- same as Agnew Road (on the map)
   Santa Clara, CA. 95054

   Building 15
   Harvard Conference Room
   #1140

Sun Contact: Neil Korpusik

Conference call information: 877-300-8186 -- Domestic
                              734-414-0268 -- International
           Participant code: 426950

This campus sits on the former site of the Agnews Development Center. If you

see signs for Agnews you can follow them to the Sun Campus.

Current status:
   - The room will be configured for 30 people with tables.
   - There will be an in-focus display available.
   - There will be a Polycom for the conference call.

Open issues:
   - I don't yet know if we have a food budget. I have requested input on
this
earlier today but haven't yet seen a reply.

   - How many people are you expecting? You asked for accommodations for 30.

Do you have a more precise number at this time?

   - Everyone must be escorted into the building. I'm not yet sure if there
are two phone lines going into this conference room. If there is only
one then we will need to rely on someone's cell number to know if and
     when people arrive late.
