Subject: [sv-bc] Use of keyword var

The SV-EC took a vote during the last week and changed the keyword var to
ref for indicating the pass by ref semantic in a function/task prototype. I
thought you should be aware of this since the same keyword was being used
related to "shared variable" behavior.
