From the email that I have seen it appears that SV-BC and SV-CC have
recommended changing the type definition of char to not include size "short
int (Unicode)" in table 3-1 of the 3.1 Draft 1 LRM. I believe this is the
only occurence of Unicode in the entire LRM.
I will go ahead and make a Change request for this to happen (to send to
Stu). If there are any objections please make them now.
