SV-BC19-6 is ETF issue #155.

SV-BC19-15 is ETF issues #63, 174.

There is a proposal pending for #12.

I think there is a pending action item on 35.

I am willing to take on an action item to complete the mapping between SV-BC19-* (Dan Jacobi's
doc)
and 1364-2001 ETF DB.
