License an Accellera LRM

Accellera has put a program in place to allow an EDA company to request a license to distribute a modified version of an Accellera Language Reference Manual (LRM).

If your company is interested in being able to add comments relative to its software implementations, and to identify unimplemented/partially-implemented features, this license could make it easier for users of your software to determine what features and functionality in the LRM are implemented (or not) without having to compare your software documentation to the unmodified LRM.

Fee Schedule

  • Accellera Corporate Member: $1,000 per year
  • Accellera Associate Member: $1,000 per year
  • Non-Member Company: $6,000 per year

Procedure

Contact the Accellera office to obtain an editable copy of the request letter. Then simply fill out, sign and send the letter to Accellera. Upon approval, Accellera will invoice your company for the annual license fee and the source files will be sent to you.
